The GTE power augmentation system is based on fogging nozzles and high
pressure water technology, which is also used by GTE for compressor wash
systems. GTE is designing the power augmentation systems to local conditions, optimizing the augmentation to the weather conditions momentarily. The 3D modeling
and CFD analyses are inherited from the compressor washing technology combined
with weather station and control systems thereby ensuring optimized performance.
